We provide international shipping to many parts of the world by emailing us at info@marimadskinrx.com. There is a shipping calculator tool on our website which you can use to see pricing and other information. We ship via standard USPS international shipping, which is priced based on weight, so you can also reference their site if you need additional information. Covid-19 era delivery time varies wildly depending on the area, but may take as long a month depending on how backed up customs is.
Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Return Policy
We will graciously accept your returns up to 30 days, if you are not content with the item, for whatever the reason, given that we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt.
We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another product, that we do have the right product in stock. If not, we may be able to show you an alternative product or make another arrangement. So hang tight! In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise. Your item will exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:
We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping. If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!
